I’ve seen a lot of glee hunger games videos going around, but I rarely see any that didn’t just use Katniss, Peeta and Gale’s names, so I thought I’d see if I could do it. Some parts still have to use Katniss/Gale/Peeta/etc’s voices, but this has more of the glee cast’s lines and voices than most of the videos I’ve come across.
I also messed around with the colors of the glee clips, tried to get that blue-ish, dark tone that’s in the hunger games videos.

AND NEVER REPORTING IT UNLESS IT’S SANTANA MAKING ONE LITTLE SLAP AGAINST HIS FAVORITE BOY.
And we’re seriously running out of episodes.
What if we like planned a huge tumblr and twitter riot to show that we give a damn about character development? I mean wouldn’t it be epic if we did this because it’d show how we don’t just want our ships to happen, we don’t just spazz over interactions between characters we ship, we’re not just fighting for the relationships of our favorite characters to be shown, we’re not just gagging about Finchel overexposure. It’d be something beyond that, right?
I mean glee’s Lima is painted out to be the most homophobic place on the planet.
So… yeah.
It’d be an interesting story. (and we all know how glee just LOVES to put unnecessary focus on guest stars) (though it’d be interesting to have seen them talk to Karofsky and be living proof that it gets better) (and can you imagine what kind of interactions we’d see if they met Santana’s grandma?)
If there are any fics on this stuff, I’d actually consider reading it.
I was not the only one distracted by this, right?
Because right now, all I can think about is how Santana will probably lose it because QUINN FABRAY IS BADLY HURT AND MIGHT JUST DIE AND THE UNHOLY TRINITY LOVE EACH OTHER THEIR FRIENDSHIP IS AMAZING AND THIS JUST CANNOT BE HAPPENING.
And Santana might go ALL Lima Heights on Finn or maybe even Rachel because she’s just so blinded by the grief, by the anguish, by all these emotions running through her veins because even if Quinn can annoy the hell out of her sometimes, it’s because they call each other out on each others’ bullshit, it’s because they look out for each other in their own way, not in the sappy way that most friendships work. It’s because QUINN DOES NOT DESERVE TO HAVE SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN TO HER.
And Brittany’s racked with pain, it’s pure agony to hear about what happened to Quinn, to see Quinn’s body there… so still and lifeless, barely still in this world only because a bunch of machines are keeping her alive. And it’s heartbreaking to see Santana shattering but no one can see because all they see right now is a badly injured Quinn and Santana beating the crap out of the Finn Hudson everyone loves (for some reason). No one will be able to really see that Santana is just as hurt as everyone else, it’s just that she deals with things differently.
And oh god I also manage to think about how Rachel will just die inside when she finds out. If she doesn’t at least MENTION feeling like it’s her fault at least once in the next episode, then RIB would be doing something very wrong.
And I still think they should have followed through with Santana and Artie’s plan and given that tape in to authorities.
(and I’m so proud of Santana for forming bonds with the other glee kids <3)
